Our tree!

This week we created a classroom tree using various textures and materials. We will be using the tree as a "Family Tree" during the next few weeks to help students feel at home in our classroom. Students are invited to bring pictures of their families to hang on the tree. As we transition into the Fall season, we will be gradually changing the leaves! Stay tuned!

We created branches and practiced our cutting skills.

We began making red, orange and brown leaves for fall.

We worked as a team.

We added different tones and textures to our leaf paper.

We used different pieces of foam and cardboard to do rubbings and create bark.

We are VERY proud of our tree!
